In section 2.3, “Purpose of Check”, select the option corresponding to your need for this document.
Double-check your personal information for accuracy, and check the box authorizing AFP to request the National Police Check on your behalf.
Upload your identification documents. Ensure they’re scanned and in one of the following formats: .JPG, .PDF, or .TIF. Files must be under 4 MB.
Indicate that you’re residing in Australia and provide your address, where you’ll receive the police check copy.
